February 16, 2016 Board Meeting Agenda Item #18 Title APPROVAL OF CONTRACTS WITH THE THREE(3) TOP-RANKED FIRMS FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES-PLAN REVIEW SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3)-YEARS Description The scope shall be to provide civil engineering plan review services for the District's Permitting Division for a period of three (3) top-ranked firms. The Director of Construction Services and one (1) member of the Professional Services Selection Committee (PSSC) met with representatives of [1] Jensen and Group Engineering Consultants, LLC, [2] Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. and [3] AM Engineering, Inc. and successfully negotiated individual continuing contracts for these services. These contracts have been approved by the School Board attorney and are available for review at the Construction Services Department. The estimated cost for these services for the three (3)-year period is $50,000.00. Funds for these services are available through individual project accounts. Recommendation That the contracts with the three (3)-top ranked firms for Civil Engineering Services-Plan Review for a period of three (3)-years be approved as presented.
